1. Product Returns
As our products are food and consumable items, we generally do not accept returns after delivery for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrectly delivered, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us as soon as possible.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If your package is damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and registered mobile number.
- Share clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in cases including:
- Product received in damaged condition
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product missing from the order
- Order accepted and paid for but unable to be fulfilled by us
Refund eligibility will be determined after verification of the reported issue.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will generally not be provided for:
- Change of mind after placing an order
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Customer unavailable during delivery
- Product refused by the customer without a valid reason
- Product opened, used, or damaged after delivery
- Complaints made after an unreasonable period from delivery
5. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched, subject to our order-processing status.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If an eligible cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method.
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method, wherever applicable.
The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
7. Delivery Charges
Packing and courier charges are applicable separately:
- Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: ₹60 up to 5 KG
- Other States: ₹200 up to 5 KG
Delivery and packing charges may not be refundable where the order was successfully processed and dispatched, unless the issue was caused by us.
8. Maximum Order Quantity
The maximum order quantity through our website is 5 KG per order.
